A loan of £670,000 to refinance an existing lender and provide a capital raise for refurbishment of one of the properties. The portfolio comprised a mix of retail and residential properties with 3 of the security properties being restaurants occupied by a related business.

Residential London Term Loan
£1,050,000 loan secured against 4 residential apartments in London. Interest only initially and bespoke agreement to repay lump sums from sales in due course with no penalty.

Industrial Property Bridging Loan
An existing client require a bridging loan of £400,000 against owner-occupied industrial property and a residential development site, interest rolled up for the term.

Capital Raise Term Loan
Initial advance of £325,000 towards conversion of former nursing home into 6 luxury apartments. Further tranches advanced against build progress then refinanced onto £1,500,000 term loan upon completion, interest only initially, enabling some capital repatriation.

Owner Occupier Term Loan
£1,200,000 term loan to enable refurbishment of existing industrial units & completion of new unit for expansion. Waived requirement to monitor tranche drawdowns and advanced at investment loan rate as sufficient security available at outset to justify.

Re-Finance Term Loan
£525,000 loan secured against owner occupied office plus adjacent land and disused pub. Our interest only loan enabled owner to evolve plans for the land and ultimately sell the pub for alternative business.
