Transaction Manager

Paul McLoughlin has worked in Commercial Property lending for over 18 years, with 13 years at Nationwide Commercial in a variety of roles, with extensive time spent in the Transaction and Execution team, leading transactions of up to £10m to completion. Following this Paul became Relationship Manager for a CRE loan portfolio managing borrowers with loans from £1m-£10m.

Paul also spent 3 years at a commercial brokerage firm in Manchester.

Since June 2020 Paul has been Transaction Manager at HS Credit overseeing management of drawdown of new monies/legal due diligence.

Outside of work Paul enjoys spending time playing /watching football, and trying to keep up with his two young boys
